Cardi B and Stefon Diggs are celebrating their son Grey’s first birthday!
Both parents shared photos of their baby boy on Wednesday, November 4, with Cardi posting a birthday tribute reflecting on their first year together.
“Happy 1st birthday to Grey M.D,” she wrote on Instagram. “It’s only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I’ve had you at my side forever.”
In her message, the rapper recalled how carrying Grey gave her strength during a difficult period in her life.
“I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me a extra strength,” she shared. “I was growing you inside of me and at the same time you were giving me life!”
She continued, “You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like. You light up my life and every room with your smile your laugh and your precious spirit.”
The accompanying photos showed Grey in several outfits, including a white onesie paired with diamond chains and a green baseball cap. In another picture, he wore striped overalls and a brown beanie.
For his Grey’s Anatomy-inspired photoshoot, the birthday boy dressed as a doctor in blue scrubs, a white lab coat and sneakers. A stethoscope and an ID badge reading “Grey, M.D.” completed his look.
Stefon also shared a few photos on Instagram Stories, including one of himself kissing Grey on the cheek and a mirror selfie with his son. Grey wore a tan outfit with a bright red beanie and matching red sneakers.
“Gorditooooo,” the NFL player captioned one of the images, adding pink heart emojis.
Born on November 4, 2025, Grey is Cardi and Stefon’s first child together. Cardi also shares daughters Kulture, 8, and Blossom, 2, and son Wave, 5, with her estranged husband, Offset.
