Soulja Boy is asking for a DNA test after his ex, Jackilyn Martinez, filed a lawsuit seeking child support for their 3-year-old son, KeAndre Cortez Way.

According to TMZ, the rapper wants paternity established before the court decides whether he is responsible for child support.
If testing confirms he is KeAndre’s father, Soulja said he is willing to split the costs related to the pregnancy and the legal proceedings.
Martinez first sued Soulja in late 2025 and asked the court for custody of KeAndre. She also requested that the rapper receive visitation rights and award her child support. Martinez claimed Soulja only sent money after she “begged him to do so.”
She also included an email she claims Soulja sent to her legal team that reads,”Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the f*** u think u talking to.”
The case is ongoing.
The latest development comes nearly four years after Soulja and Jackie publicly announced they were expecting their first child together.
The couple shared the news in March 2022 with a gender reveal on Instagram. In a video clip, Soulja smashed an egg filled with blue powder while Jackie released a blue smoke bomb, revealing they were expecting a baby boy.
“It’s a boy,” Soulja captioned the post.
Soulja and Jackie later welcomed KeAndre in September 2022.
Soulja has also hinted that he may have another child. In 2024, he posted on X, “I love my daughter so much. She all I care abt fr,” before later editing the message to read, “I love my daughter so much she’s the best.”
Neither Soulja nor Martinez has publicly commented on the latest court filing.
