KANDI BURRUSS AND TODD TUCKER TAKE A ‘CO-PARENTING TRIP’ TOGETHER

Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker may be divorced, but they’re still finding ways to show up for their kids together.

The former couple are currently on a family trip with their children, and Burruss said the co-parenting getaway has been going surprisingly well, for the most part.

In a video shared from the trip, Burruss spotted Tucker reading a devotional titled Daily Prayers for Men while relaxing by the pool and couldn’t resist teasing him.

“Okay, this is funny to me. We on this co-parenting trip,” she said. “What you reading? Daily Prayers for Men.”

“Let me just say this,” she said. “We was married for almost 12 years, and that man ain’t never had no Prayers for Men book, none of that. Now we divorced and he wanna be out here on the beach, well out on the pool with his Daily Prayers for Men book.”

She quickly clarified that she wasn’t criticizing his spiritual growth.

“Now, I ain’t say that’s a bad thing. That’s a good thing,” Burruss continued. “But he should’ve started doing that a long time ago. What y’all think?”

Alongside the video, Burruss joked in the caption, “Well @todd167 & I have been really nice on this co-parenting trip but every now & then the urge to be petty comes out… #StayPrayedUp,” before asking her followers, “Have yall ever done a co-parenting trip.”

Just days before the family getaway, Burruss marked Father’s Day with a tribute to Tucker.

In a separate post, she wrote, “Happy Father’s Day @todd167!!!!! Couldn’t let the day end without saying thank you for being such a great dad to our kids,” she wrote.

Burruss and Tucker finalized their divorce in March 2026 after reaching a custody agreement for their daughter, Blaze, 6, and son, Ace, 10.

The former couple share joint legal and physical custody of their children, though the specifics of their parenting schedule remain sealed.

Under the terms of the agreement, Burruss and Tucker are required to maintain open communication and make joint decisions regarding their children’s health, education and general welfare. If they are unable to agree, Burruss has final decision-making authority over non-emergency healthcare and educational matters, while Tucker has the final say when it comes to any new extracurricular activities.
