Gabourey Sidibe is truly enjoying every day of being a new mom. The Empire actress keeps us all up to speed on Cooper and Maya‘s journey through life and needless to say, we have enjoyed being a part of their first eight-months. Recently, the 41-year-old shared an adorable video of the twins’ “daily singing lessons.”
In the video, the Precious star can be heard teaching her children how to sing. Obediently, the duo babble along, mimicking their mother the best that they can, while moving their little feet and hands to their own beat.
In the comment section of the video, Sidibe’s husband, Brandon Frankel, writes, “Those babies got that Ridley spirit in em. Yall betta sing,” followed by two emoji’s, one with heart eyes and the other weepy eyes.
Frankel is always supportive of his wife and children, commenting on every post, expressing his love for the trio. In a previous post on his own personal social media, the 39-year-old called Sidibe and his twins, the “loves of my life.”
“The loves of my life. No matter how tough things get, or how crazy the world becomes, the way you all light up when you see me just warms my heart. I love you all the most.”
In a post on December 10, Frankel shared a carousel of images saying that his “heart explodes,” when he sees the twins who are among his “favorite people.”
“My heart explodes every single time I look at the twins. While I know they look a lot like me, it’s so amazingly overwhelming to be able to see my wife’s face, charm, and personality in the Twins,” Frankel shared. “My favorite person on the planet @gabbysidibe made two more of my favorite people. I’ll never take any of this for granted. Love you three more than words could ever express.”
Sidibe and her husband welcomed Cooper and Maya in early April of this year. The couple met on a dating app and married in 2021.
