Tyrese Gibson has been arrested over failure to pay child support for his 5-year-old daughter. whom he shares with ex-wife Samantha Lee.
Over the weekend, Tyrese took to Instagram to share his frustrations over his ongoing legal battle with Samantha regarding child support for their daughter. The singer and actor expressed his discontent with the legal process, calling out the judge and lawyers involved in the case.

In his emotional post, Tyrese warned that he could face arrest, stating:
“At 9am in the morning in Atlanta I might be arrested in court…… Samantha’s lawyer Adam Gleklen and William Alexander who are besties with the judge Kevin M Farmer [ collusion ] [ ALL OF THESE NAMES ARE VERY PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL VERY PUBLIC JUDGES AND LAWYERS DEMANDED that I come to court and cancel my press and media for my 1992 movie and my new Beautiful Pain album interviews and demanded that I come to court……”

He also claimed that the judge unfairly adjusted his child support payments, including applying a $10,690 payment meant for his 17-year-old to his 5-year-old. Tyrese explained that he had been paying $3,600 a month voluntarily before the court intervened and later increased it retroactively.
“He illegally tried to bring a $10,690 child support payment from California that I’m giving my 17-year-old currently to Atlanta for my five year-old..: they have illegally cracked my prenuptial agreement….,” he explained.
Despite his frustration, Tyrese expressed his determination to appeal the rulings, urging the media to follow the court proceedings closely.
He ended his post with a call for press coverage, saying, “We are currently APPEALING ALL OF HIS RULINGS…. So tomorrow morning I’m I’m sure he’s gonna wanna make an example out of me… Press media PLEASE FILE your RULE 22 [ media press access ] set up your cameras and let’s see what judge Farmer has in mind for me today…”
