Wiz Khalifa is in true celebration mode this month. Earlier in June, he and ex-Amber Rose celebrated their 11-year-old son, Sebastian’s elementary school graduation, he got to celebrate Father’s Day, and now, he and his girlfriend, Aimee Aguilar are celebrating at their baby shower for baby girl, Kayden.
The shower decor was decked out in every shade of pink and purple imaginable with butterflies, balloons, and flowers to accent.
The couple had an adorable play-on-words for their theme as they switched up the lyric to Taylor Swift’s “Enchanted,” “I was enchanted to meet you,” to “We are enchanted to meet you.”
The 30-year-old social media influencer and model posted a carousel of images on Instagram, sharing the moment with her 80.7K fans. She captioned the post, “Baby shower was absolutely beautiful. thank you to everyone who came and showed out for baby girl. We appreciate you.”
This is the first child for Aguilar and second for Khalifa, who took to Instagram on Father’s Day to break the exciting news.
Amber Rose shared her congratulations in the comments section of her ex’s post. The 40-year-old commented, “We can’t wait to meet her!” followed by three emoji heart eyes.
Khalifa, whose real name is, Cameron Jibril Thomaz, and Amber Rose have truly embarked upon a beautiful co-parenting relationship.
Amber Rose, on The Tameron Hall Show, told the daytime talk show host that, “I think that me and Wiz are so, best friends now, that — we’re so far past being in love that I can say that now, right? It’s not like anything that we would circle back to or anything. We’re just friends and co-parents.”
In an episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast Wiz Khalifa told host Alex Cooper that co-parenting with his ex is “good.”
“It’s good. It’s fun. Well not fun, but like, I think I’m in a good situation with her as a co-parent. Especially through time. Things have just eased up and become a lot more enjoyable and just regular of a process. All the irregular s— has been worked out and we’re past everything that I think would cause people to be dysfunctional. So at this point, it’s way easier to just run things smoothly than it is for it not to be smooth.”
