Chrisean Rock found herself in a whirlwind of trouble today as she strolled into a courthouse in the San Fernando Valley with her baby, Chrisean Jr., by her side.
What was meant to be a show of support for her baby daddy, BlueFace, turned into a dramatic scene as she was swiftly arrested by law enforcement officers.
TMZ reports that upon her arrival at the courthouse, Chrisean was met by a team of five LAPD officers, who wasted no time in taking her into custody. Additionally, according to TMZ, her baby was also taken away by officers.
The reason behind Chrisean’s arrest is no small matter. Law enforcement sources revealed that she was apprehended on a felony fugitive warrant, with an additional charge of assault with a deadly weapon possibly looming over her.
The warrant stems from allegations dating back to 2022 in Oklahoma, where she faces charges related to drug possession and distribution.
Rock had previously indicated that she knew about the warrants, but had no intention of turning herself.
She cited not wanting to do so in order to remain with her infant child. However, it seems that fate had other plans as she now finds herself in custody, potentially facing extradition to Oklahoma.
Amidst the chaos, questions arise about the fate of Chrisean Jr. as both of his parents are now locked up.
Meanwhile, Junior’s paternal grandparents, Karlissa Saffold and Johnathan Michael Porter Sr, were seen arguing over who would assume custody of the child.
Despite assisting Chrisean in past months, Blueface’s father declined to take custody of the baby.
He emphasized that he is not a babysitter and moreover, Chrisean requested her friend, Marsh, to care for her child.
