Blac Chyna and Tyga have settled their custody dispute over their 11-year-old son, King Cairo.
As per documents acquired by RadarOnline.com, the former couple have reached agreements on child custody, visitation, and payment of their attorney fees.
Both parties have petitioned the court to remove all future hearings regarding the matter from the calendar. āIn light of these agreements, the parties wish to conclude this matter without future litigation.ā
In addition to King Cairo, Blac Chyna also shares her seven-year-old daughter, Dream, with Rob Kardashian.
Earlier this year, the 35-year-old shared exclusively with Entertainment Tonight about embracing her “new normal” with her children. During that period, the former partners had apparently settled their custody arrangement concerning King Cairo.
At the time Chyna said that she, ā⦠fought my way through it. Itās done.ā
āIām so excited. You have no idea. [Itās working] splendid. Iām in a better place, my kids. Having a structure for me and stability for me, is everything for me. Now everything else is going to trickle down because our foundation is strong.ā
āI just want time with my kids,ā she continued. āAnd by all means, if Iām going to have to go to court and fight for it, thatās just what Iām going to do. And Iām really happy. Iām happy, the kids are happy, but most importantly, itās about the kids.ā
With what seems like a truly finalization of her custody battle with Tyga, Blac Chyna can truly move forward and embrace living her best life not only with her children, but with her current partner, Derrick Milano.
