2 Chainz, his wife Kesha Ward and their three kids, Heaven, Harmony, and Halo, recently enjoyed a spring break getaway to the Virgin Islands.
The family of five made the most of their time away from the hustle and bustle, indulging in some fun-filled activities under the warm Caribbean sun.
For 2 Chainz, whose real name is Tauheed Epps, family is everything.
In an interview with The New York Times back in 2022, he expressed his gratitude for his loved ones, citing them as his main source of motivation.
“My beautiful kids keep me going — having an extension of myself, it just brings on new responsibilities, new challenges. I have three kids: A 13-year-old who’s really into volleyball, a 9-year-old who’s very into art and expression. My youngest is my only son — he’s 6 years old and he’s really into basketball. I can honestly say he completes me,” he shared.
“I thank God also for my wife and my mom. My wife, obviously, for procreating with me and being such a good life partner. And my mom, for birthing a millionaire, a genius, a guy who still has some of the best ideas and marketing rollouts in the game,” he added.
As a minority owner of the College Park Skyhawks, an affiliate of the Atlanta Hawks, 2 Chainz not only enjoys the perks of ownership but also relishes the opportunity to bond with his children at basketball games.
“We like to go watch the Hawks games,” he shared. “It’s about me trying to find a way to not just use my money but use my time to be a part of their lives, whether it’s picking them up from practice or just going over homework. My jump shot is still super wet, and I teach them. We go out on the court and do drills together, so they honor my game and they respect it.”
Beyond basketball and vacations, 2 Chainz finds true joy in quality family time, whether it’s exploring the outdoors on their vast property or riding ATVs together.
“Family time, we get in the yard a little bit. We will pull the ATVs out. I have 100 acres at the house, so all of my kids know how to ride four-wheelers,” he revealed.
