Marques Houston and wife Miya have welcome their second child together. The couple took to Instagram on Wednesday to share the delightful news, expressing their happiness through a series of heartwarming family photos.
Their newest addition, a baby boy named Greyson Houston, made his debut on December 13, 2023, weighing in at 6 pounds and 2 ounces.
“On December 13th we welcomed our sweet baby boy. We are so in love and couldn’t feel more complete,” they captioned the snaps.
Marques and Miya first revealed that they were expecting back in September 2023.
In a touching Instagram video captioned “Here we grow again,” a pregnant Miya could be seen cradling her baby bump against the backdrop of a breathtaking beach sunset.
Houston, 41, met Miya Dickey, 22, when she was 17 years of age. The pair got engaged in March 2019 after five months of dating and tied the knot in August 2020 at a California golf club.
Speaking about their unique journey, Marques shared in TV One’s Uncensored, “When I met my wife, she was 17. We had no, really, conversation and no, really, connection until she was of age.”

He continued, “People don’t understand it. And of course, I got a lot of backlash for marrying someone that was 19,” he said. “And, you know, when we did finally start to talk, I was like, ‘This woman is like me’… For one, we had a spiritual connection, and I feel like that’s the most important thing… and being able to start being around her… we connected through music and her spirit, her kindness, her heart, reminds me a lot of my mom and we connected on so many different levels.”
Houston and Dickey welcomed their firstborn, Zara, on December 2, 2021.
