Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal that Iman’s lawyer successfully argued for set custody time, securing 2-3 weekends per month for the ex-NBA star. The court ordered Iman to pick up the children at Teyana’s residence and return them after the designated parenting time. The temporary agreement is set to continue until a final custody decision is made by the judge.

As previously reported, Teyana filed for divorce in January after seven years of marriage, seeking primary custody of their kids and child support. In her petition, Teyana Teyana said, “she has been the primary caretaker of the parties’ minor children since their births and that it would be in the best interests of” their children to live with her.

She claimed her daughters often “appear to be disheveled” and “are not fed properly” while in Shumpert’s care.

She also accused Iman of being an overly jealous partner, alleging manipulation despite her loyalty during instances of outbursts, multiple cheating scandals, and a DUI arrest. Furthermore, she claimed that Iman moved into a fully renovated home while leaving her and the children in their primary residence, which has been under construction for three years due to Iman’s failure to contribute to the agreed-upon renovations.

“The parties had an agreement for [Teyana] to pay for a majority of the renovations including the bedrooms and five (5) bathrooms, which have been paid for and completed. [Iman] had only two (2) areas of the home to renovate, neither of which is paid for or complete,” her lawyer claimed.
