LaNisha Cole is thankful for one person in particular this holiday season-her baby girl.
On Thanksgiving day, the model and photographer shared a series of posts on her Instagram stories, dedicated to her favorite person, Onyx Ice.
In one snap, the 41-year-old captioned a sweet image of her 14-month-old daughter flashing an adorable smile, showing off her incoming teeth. Cole captioned the image, “Thankful for my big girl.”
In the second post on her Instagram stories, Cole posted a video of Onyx walking towards the camera, simply saying, “Heading to dinner.”
Onyx is the adorable offspring of Cole and the multi-hyphenate entertainer Nick Cannon. On a previous episode of The Jason Lee Podcast earlier this year, the 43-year-old Wild ‘N Out host revealed that out of all of his children, Onyx was “probably the child that I spend the most time with.”
“I’m with her at least three times a week, for the full day,” Cannon said.
He continued, “But I don’t put that out there in the media, social media, [because] it’s not for them. LaNisha and I have a super-strong understanding, and our co-parenting operation is so solid.”
Cannon went on to add that, “If you see me on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays, my daughter is right next to me, whether I’m on set.
The Masked Singer host concluded, “I got a nursery in my office. I’m literally gonna leave here to make sure that I can spend the most time with her — not against all my other kids because all my other kids, they’re in school, they’re babies, as well as Onyx — but the fact that I appreciate that LaNisha gives me the respect enough to allow me to have, really, as equal amount of time as she does.”
