Kim Kardashian is opening up about the challenges of single parenthood, revealing that she’s “still learning” how to care for her children in the new role.
In a recent episode of “The Kardashians,” the 43-year-old reality star shared her thoughts on being a single parent. “I think I’m still learning how to be a single parent,” she said.
“Obviously, having nannies and a chef to help cook is beyond helpful. It’s all about family and enjoying these moments. It takes a village to raise kids, but at the end of the day, your kids only want you,” she continued.
The SKIMS founder concluded, “The one thing that everyone has in common is just the amount of time that we have. I’m raising four kids and I split my time between my work, my family, my four kids and I want to make sure that my kids have 90% of that.”
Kim Kardashian has undeniably demonstrated her commitment to ensuring her children are immersed in the activities they love. She’s gone to great lengths, including traveling the world for soccer matches and art experiences, to ensure her children embrace their individual passions.
The SKIMS founder also recently revealed that she hired a “manny” in order to help bring a bit of discipline to the household, especially when it comes to her son, Saint.
Kim Kardashian acknowledges that parenting, whether as a single parent or not, is incredibly challenging. Regardless of the level of help she has, she emphasizes that motherhood is a demanding yet rewarding experience.
“Motherhood is the most challenging and rewarding experience of life,” she said in an interview with CR Fashion Book. “The days are so long but the years are so short.I love the night snuggles, I love our morning madness before school — I love it all. Even when it seems overwhelming, I know that my babies will grow up and I will wish for the days of tantrums and the cute little PJs and bath time and book time. So, I cherish it all!”
