Lil Wayne and Nivea‘s 13-year-old son, Neal Carter, is making waves on social media as fans can’t help but notice the striking resemblance he bears to his famous father.
On October 10, TikTok user Emrae posted a video that quickly caught the internet’s attention. In the clip, Neal Carter, along with his friends, showcase their outfits against the backdrop of Tyler The Creator’s hit song “EARFQUAKE.”
While fans were certainly impressed with their fashion sense, it was Neal’s striking likeness to his dad that had fans buzzing.
One person even declared in the comments section, “Lil Wayne’s son Neal is the spitting image of his dad!”
However, there were those who pointed out that Neal takes after both his parents, saying, “He looks like his mom with his dad’s swag”
Lil Wayne is a proud father of four kids, including daughter, Reginae Carter, and sons Dwayne Carter III, Kameron Carter, and Neal Carter. In a 2010 interview with Ozone Magazine, Wayne spoke about his relationships with the mothers of his kids and the criticism he’s faced for having four kids with four different women.
He said, “I don’t think what people think should be any concern of anybody’s,” Lil Wayne told the magazine, per MTV. “It’s definitely not a concern of mine. I’d be crazy if it was and you’re crazy if you are. But that goes back to me not caring about what people think or say.”
Despite his busy schedule, Lil Wayne is a devoted father who enjoys spending quality time with his children. According to his eldest daughter Reginae, the rapper’s favorite bonding activity with his kids is hosting movie nights at home. She shared that they have “movie nights all the time”.
“My dad and I are house buds, we like to stay in,” Reginae told Young, Bold, and Regal in 2021.
