John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen take their first vacation as a family of six!
Legend captioned a carousel of fun-filled pics on Instagram, “Our first vacation as a family of six. So far, so great!”
Teigen shared a group of different vacation shots captioning the carousel, “legos on vacation with my giant family! a dream.”
Earlier this summer, the couple surprised the world with the revelation that they welcomed a fourth child into the world via surrogate. The former model and advocate wrote an Instagram post, in honor the couple’s surrogate, Alexandra.
“We want to say thank you for this incredible gift you have given us, Alexandra.” Teigen called Alexandra the “most incredible, loving, compassionate surrogate.” The mother of four continued saying, “And we are so happy to tell the world he is here, with a name forever connected to you, Wren Alexander Stephens.”
In addition to seven-week-old baby Wren Alexander, the couple also share six-month-old Esti Maxine, seven-year-old Luna Simone, and five-year-old Miles Theodore.
Recently, the couple opened up their home, via Architectural Digest, to give fans a peek into not only their beautiful home, but their two older children’s bedrooms as well. Luna and Miles’ rooms are unquestionably spectacular and make us all a bit jealous.
“We just kind of gave [AD100 designer Jake Arnold] some vague notes about how we wanted the kids’ rooms to look and when he came back with drawings of what they were actually going to look like, I was like this is beyond anyone’s wildest dreams of what their bedroom should look like,” Legend explained in a YouTube video clip for the popular design magazine.
At the end of the clip, Teigen and Luna can be seen sitting in in Miles’ reading cave while Miles rested in netting above.
Reflecting on his space, Miles said of the renowned architect. “Jake did a good job.”
Hoping that the remainder for the family of six’s vacation goes well and we definitely hope that they share more pics of…everything!
