SCRAPPY ‘POPS OUT’ WITH MOM, DAUGHTER, AND EX ERICA DIXON

Lil Scrappy had the support of his daughter Emani Richardson, her mother Erica Dixon and his own mother Momma Dee at his ‘Pop Out’  magazine cover reveal event yesterday.

“Happy to be honored and blessed with all these people. My whole family up in here with me. It’s dope,” Scrappy said in an interview during the event.

Ahead of the event, Scrappy shared, “Tonight finna be a movie jack pull up if u inna A for my cover reveal with @popoutmagazine tap in #itsthacommitteeent.”

Scrappy’s eldest daughter, Emani, recently graduated from high school and  is headed to college in fall.

In May, the rapper posted a heartfelt message, saying, “Congratulations to my first born @official_emanii my oldest young Queen, im so proud of her and the young lady that she’s becoming, love how she pushed thru and got hers and now graduating and heading off to college, I feel like I didn’t go but God made it to where she could so I’m grateful. U GO GURL!!!!!!!”

“I’m so proud of my baby,” the proud dad added. “She has worked her butt off to get here. Now we finna (sic) go to the next level and that’s young adulting. So I’m ready. Let’s go princess.”

Emani’s grandmother, Momma Dee (real name Deborah Bryant), also took to Instagram to congratulate Emani. “Yes,” the proud grandma shared in the comments section of Scrappy’s post. “My granddaughter is on the winning side,” Momma Dee added. “Thank you, Jesus, for your many blessings.”

Emani will be attending the historically Black college or university (HBCU) Savannah State University in the coming weeks.

Erica recently expressed her feelings about her daughter’s graduation, writing,  “I’m still processing the fact that baby girl has graduated!!I’m super proud of you and all your accomplishments.”
