"Don't Hurt 'Em, Ri"

We are not ready! Rihanna shared new pictures of herself, and the Internet was not prepared for all the fabulous maternity style she brought to the table.

RiRi showed off her fashion sense while rocking a black and white outfit with matching glasses and headwear. “Not even Monday,” Rihanna wrote in the caption section of her Instagram post.

Marsai Martin joined La La Anthony and others in sharing emojis with heart-shaped eyes to respond to Rihanna’s social media post. “Don’t hurt ‘em, Ri,” one social media follower said.

Rihanna revealed her pregnancy during her Super Bowl performance in February. The recording artist cradled her protruding stomach while singing some of her most beloved hits. Rihanna later covered British Vogue with her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, and their oldest child, Noah.

“It was beautiful,” RiRi said when discussing her labor and delivery experience. “I cannot believe it,” she continued.
“Essentially, from one person I became two,” Rihanna said of her transition into motherhood. “You walk into the hospital as a couple and leave as a family of three. It’s nuts.”

Some have scrutinized Rihanna and A$AP Rocky as they find their way in the way of parenthood. The ‘Love On The Brain’ singer, however, shared how much she enjoys watching her boyfriend bond with their son.

“I’m just sitting on the sidelines when they’re together,” Rihanna shared. “I’m literally the girl trying to get into the boys club, waiting for my turn,” she added.

“[Noah] is obsessed with his father,” Rihanna revealed. “Their connection is undeniable,” the singer continued. “The second Rocky makes eye contact with him he is on fire. The whole thing they say about sons and moms, it’s a myth. Sons and fathers are crazy. I realized that the validation that you really need as a boy is from your father.”

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s son celebrates his first birthday next month. The celebrity couple is expecting the newest member of the family to arrive later this year.
