North West is Kim Kardashian’s best friend. The SKIMS owner shared a picture of her daughter this past Monday (Apr. 25) with a precious caption that spoke of her bond with her daughter.
“My best friend,” Kim said North in the caption section of the Instagram post that featured the 9-year-old. In the candid, North struck a pose that was bold just like her personality. “Ariana, what are you doing here,” one fan asked in reference to how much the youngster looked like singer Ariana Grande in the picture. “She’s the best,” another social media follower declared.
North West is a viral sensation after a series of videos on TikTok that feature her dancing and providing hair tutorials. The youngster has taken her passion for fabulous edges on the road as North was recently captured while fixing her hair at The Daily Front Row’s Fashion Awards earlier this month.
The youngster and her mom presented an award to Chris Appleton during the ceremony. The hairstylist gave North a kiss on her tempo before giving his acceptance speech. North responded to the gesture with a smile but immediately fixed her ruffled edges after moving away from the spotlight.
Many are already deeming North’s actions in front of the camera as iconic. Some even compare the youngster’s boldness to that of her father’s confidence. Kanye West shared a piece of advice he gave North during an interview last year.
“I tell her, ‘Don’t let anyone take anything from you ever,’” Kanye said when discussing his daughter’s love for basketball and the fierceness of the game. “‘Don’t let anyone take anything from our family,’” he continued. “‘Don’t let anyone take our company. Always protect your brothers and sisters.’”
North West certainly appears to be on track to follow her dad’s advice and to also expand the family brand. The youngster celebrates her tenth birthday in June.
