Singer Babyface has been ordered to pay his ex-wife Nicole Pantenburg $37,000 per month in spousal support as well as child support.
According to The Blast, Babyface and Nicole have agreed on joint legal and joint physical custody of their daughter Peyton Nicole Edmonds, 14.
In addition to support payments, Babyface will pay his daughter Peyton’s credit card charges, health insurance, private school tuition and he will pay 65% of the costs for her to take college tour trips. He will also continue making lease payments on Nicole’s Cadillac Escalade and continue to pay the car insurance for that car as well.
Edmonds and Pantenburg were married in 2014 and have one child, Peyton, together. The two were married for six years before separating in October 2020, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple formally announced their separation and impending marriage dissolution in 2021.
“After much thought and with great sadness, we have decided to end our marriage,” the former couple said in a joint statement. “We continue to care and have respect for one another and share eternal love for our daughter and her well-being,” Babyface and Nicole shared. “We ask for personal privacy for ourselves and our daughter as we navigate these new steps as a family.”
Babyface, whose real name is Kenneth Edmonds, has two other kids with former wife and model Tracey Edmonds. The former couple were married for 13 years before divorcing in 2005.
In their divorce settlement, the two agreed to share joint custody of their two sons, Dylan and Brandon. Other terms of the duo’s divorce settlement were sealed by the court. It is, however, being reported that Tracey received 100 million in divorce settlement (cash, property, stocks, alimony, child support, a percentage of music publishing in one lump sum).
Sk Pop reports that Babyface’s net worth is estimated to be around $200 million and that “Edmonds had to spend half of his estimated $100 million net worth during the divorce proceedings with his first wife, Tracey Edmonds.”
