Ice-T and Coco Austin are not planning to have more kids. The Law and Order: Special Victims Unit star recently told the press that he and his wife are done expanding their family.
“Nah. We’re one and done,” Ice-T shared at the 21st Annual Heidi Klum Halloween Celebration. “One and done,” he reiterated. “Coco didn’t really want to have babies and then when she hit 35, she got the bug,” Ice-T revealed to the press. “She’s like ‘I gotta do it.’ And so, we had the baby.”
Ice-T and Coco Austin welcomed their daughter, Chanel Nicole, on November 28, 2015. She made Coco a mom for the first time and Ice-T a father of three kids.
Coco Austin has taken fans along on her journey of motherhood, which has inevitably invited scrutiny from critics. Some internet trolls have accused the celebrity mom of sexualizing her daughter. Others recently criticized Coco for bathing her daughter in the kitchen sink.
“Wow just Wow,” Coco said in response to the scrutiny that came her way after she bathed Chanel Nicole in the kitchen sink. “Here we go again,” she added.
“People, you gotta know by now that I’m an unconventional mother,” Coco told her fans and foes. “I do what works and is easier on me. Some may want to take some pointers rather than rag on me,” the celebrity mom declared.
Ice-T also responded to those who scrutinize his wife’s unconventional parenting. “If I don’t know you personally, I don’t take it personally,” he shared with the press at the 21st Annual Heidi Klum Halloween Celebration. “That’s the key,” Ice-T added. “If somebody you knew said something about you, that would bother you. But other people, they don’t,” the Law and Order star shared.
“They just throw rocks like it’s like seeing a nice car go throw rocks at it,” Ice-T said of Internet trolls. “That’s kind of like what they do,” he continued. “So it doesn’t really bother me.”
