LeBron James is training the next generation for greatness on the basketball court. The NBA champion recently shared a video clip that featured him doing a workout with his sons, Bryce and Bronny James, at the Lakers Gym in El Segundo, California.
“Simply no better feeling than doing what I love to do with who I love,” LeBron told his social media fans. The celebrity father went on to celebrate his sons for giving their best while practicing at the Lakers Gym. “Great work today Young Kings,” LeBron wrote to Bronny and Bryce. “#JamesGang,” the NBA player hashtagged.
It is no secret that LeBron James is looking forward to playing at least one year in the NBA alongside his oldest son, Bronny. “My last year will be played with my son,” James shared during an interview with The Athletic earlier this year. “Wherever Bronny is at, that’s where I’ll be,” he added. “I would do whatever it takes to play with my son for one year,” LeBron revealed. “It’s not about the money at that point.”
LeBron has a contract with the Los Angeles Lakers through the end of the 2022-2023 season. He has not ruled out the possibility of signing with another team, such as the Cavaliers, to be near his son. “The door’s not closed on that,” James recently revealed when asked about the notion of him returning to Cleveland. “I’m not saying I’m coming back and playing, I don’t know,” he added. “I don’t know what my future holds.”
The future for Bronny looks bright as he prepares to enter his senior year of high school at Sierra Canyon. The teen has great skills on the basketball court that his father believes will only get better with practice. “Coming for what’s his,” LeBron recently said of his son’s determination to be the best player. “Don’t want nothing (sic) given, everything is EARNED,” James added. “Let’s keep working kid!”
