Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert are fashion forward with their daughter, Iman “Junie Bug” Shumpert Jr. The celebrity parents recently joined their little one in showcasing new pieces from Teyana’s JuJu Beez clothing collection.
All members of the Shumpert family wore the same outfit style to drive home the point of JuJuBeez having something for everyone. “Juju beez for all,” Teyana told her social media fans. “The whole family can enjoy,” Taylor said of her brand.
JuJu Beez made its debut in the fashion arena a few weeks ago. Teyana made quite the impression with her designs and was deemed as the “It” girl of fashion. Taylor’s daughter was also celebrated for collaborating with her mom on the project.
“For Junie and I, it was all about effortless style — easy pieces that we could incorporate within our day-to-day,” Teyana told the press upon debuting her new clothing line. “We play with a lot of neutrals that very much fit into my aesthetic, alongside bold graphic prints. Our first collection features active and loungewear styles that will have you acing the drop-off outfit of the day and your mini-setting the hallway trends,” the recording artist shared.
“I love the collision of masculine and feminine styles within my own wardrobe and wanted to represent that within this mama-and-mini collection,” Teyana went on to tell media. “I’ve always wanted to create a world for Junie that shows there are no limits, fear isn’t real and you can do whatever you dream to do,” she continued.
“This is one of many steps in an effort to change the narrative that is placed on women while growing up and being told what they can and cannot do,” Teyana said of her choice to break down gender binds in clothing. “I want to change that narrative and I will — anything is possible,” the celebrity mom declared.
Junie is Iman Shumpert and Teyana Taylor’s oldest child. The celebrity couple also has a younger daughter named Rue Rose.
