DA BRAT HEARTBROKEN AFTER DOCTOR ADVISES AGAINST HER PREGNANCY PLANS

"He Suggested That I Shouldn't Carry"

Da Brat is heartbroken after learning from the doctor that she would not be the best candidate to carry a baby. The rapper’s thwarted pregnancy plans were placed on display during a recent episode of Brat Loves Judy.

Judy expressed her desire to have Da Brat serve as the carrier for their child during the episode. “Ideally, I feel like I can get myself to a point to be mentally and physically prepared to carry [a child] if Brat can’t,” Judy shared. “But I really wanted her to be able to experience it,” the Reality TV star continued.

“So I think the journey, if I was the one to carry, just wouldn’t be as sentimental for her because she would be, you know, she would bond with the baby inside of her. She would get the first kick, the first feels, the first butterfly flutters. So, ideally, I would want it to be her. But if she can’t, we’re going to make it happen either way it goes.”

Da Brat did not object to the notion of her carrying a baby. In fact, she visited the doctor to learn about her prospects. The news was not positive.

“Just came from the doctor and the doctor said that I have two fibroid tumors. So he suggested that I shouldn’t carry,” Da Brat told her good friend during the episode. “I saw the tumors,” Brat shared. “I mean I don’t know much about fibroid tumors but you know he was like it would probably be better if my partner carries.”

Da Brat and Judy stopped by The Tamron Hall Show a few months back to discuss their journey to start their family. “I was hospitalized with blood clots,” Judy told Tamron. “It’s just been a lot but we were not giving up,” she declared.

Da Brat agreed with her wife’s sentiment. “We are NOT stopping our journey, we are not discouraged,” the rapper shared with her social media fans after running into complications with IVF treatment earlier this year. “No matter the ups and downs, NO matter the adversity we will see this through,” Da Brat said.

“Thanks to all those that have supported us in the process and just know we will have a great testimony through this. IVF can be stressful, but the reward will be worth it all.”
