Garcelle Beauvais attended the 2022 MTV Movie and TV Awards with her sons, Jaid and Jax, this past weekend. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) star shared pictures from the event at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, with her Instagram fans.

“It’s about d*mn time … for the 2022 #MTVAwards: Unscripted,” Garcelle exclaimed before the ceremony on Sunday (Jun.5). “Glammed up and ready to go,” the actress declared. Beauvais also shared pictures from the red carpet that featured her with her twin sons. “My favorite red carpet dates,” the RHOBH cast member said.

The 2022 MTV Movie and TV Awards ceremony was and extended celebration of the sort for Jaid and Jax. It was just a few weeks ago that the teens graduated from middle school, which was a milestone that made Garcelle Beauvais’s heart rejoice.

“Happy 8th grade graduation,” Garcelle wrote to her sons at the end of May. “You make me proud every day,” the RHOBH exclaimed.

Garcelle Beauvais has been in the entertainment industry for more than three decades. The actress maintained her right to privacy for the majority of those decades. Garcelle only recently decided to give fans a peak into her life as an entertainer in the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“You can’t fathom how popular this show is,” Beauvais said of RHOBH during a recent interview with USA Today. “I’ve done amazing things throughout my career and worked with some incredible people, but I’ve never got more attention than the announcement of me joining Beverly Hills,” the star explained.

“It was surreal,” Garcelle continued in reference to how her popularity grew by exponential means after joining the cast of RHOBH. “The first year I have to say yes, it’s daunting,” the actress admitted when discussing how she settled into her role on the show. “I’ve never done reality TV before,” Garcelle added. “My second season feels more solidified.”
