“First ballet recital for @olympiaohanian in the books,” the celebrity father declared to his social media fans. “Proud of you, Junior,” Alexis exclaimed when writing to his and Serena’s daughter, Alexia Olympia Ohanian Jr. “The ring pop was not part of the performance,” Alexis assured in reference to Alexis Olympia’s Ring Pop, which she enjoyed while taking a picture with her parents after the recital.

Both Alexis Ohanian Sr. and Serena Williams have been doting parents since welcoming their daughter in 2017. Serena reflected on how much her life has changed since welcoming her daughter in an Instagram post back in February 2020.

“Working and being a mom is not easy,” the tennis star said. “I am often exhausted, stressed, and then I go play a professional tennis match,” Serena shared with her fans. “We keep going,” the celebrity mom declared. “I am so proud and inspired by the women who do it day in and day out. I’m proud to be this baby’s mama,” Serena said of her role as a working mom.

Alexis Olympia has already begin to take after her mom on the tennis court as Serena recently told Ellen that she and Alexis Ohanian Sr. decided to let their daughter take formal lessons.

“I don’t push her because I’m like, ‘She’s 4,'” Serena said of how she handles her daughter learning the ropes of the sport that made Williams a household name. “She’s alright,” Serena said of her daughter’s playing skills so far. “[But] I’ve seen 4-year-olds that might take her out,” Williams admitted.

Alexis Olympia turns 5-years-old on September 1, 2017. Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian Sr. also celebrate five years of marriage this year.
