Jeannie Mai is navigating the fourth trimester with the help of Frida Mom briefs. The Real co-host took to Instagram on Monday (Jan. 24) to celebrate the brand while also giving her fans an update on her post-pregnancy experience.
“While being a new mom is the most exhilarating moment I have ever experienced in my life— nothing prepared me for postpartum,” Jeannie told her social media fans. “NOTHING,” the talk show host reiterated. “No book I’ve read, advice I’ve gotten, that could have compiled ALL the things I’d need just to sit, lay down, walk, or even hold our baby,” the new mom shared.
Frida Mom has helped Jeannie Mai navigate the challenges of postpartum. “I’ve been LIVING in these @fridamom briefs,” the celebrity mom said. “They’re LEGIT the best damn thing! The 4th trimester has been the hardest trimester yet, but I’m a happy, healing mom over here.”
Fria Mom briefs are made especially for new moms who need extra support while dealing with postpartum pain and other issues that come after labor and delivery. Jeannie Mai became a mom for the first time when her and Jeezy’s baby, Monaco Jenkins, arrived earlier this month.
Jeannie recently shared how she and Jeezy decided on a moniker for their little one. The celebrity explained to her YouTube fans that Monaco, France, is where she and Jeezy’s relationship went to the next level.
“[The trip] established what was going on for us,” Jeannie Mai told her social media fans. “I thought Baby J’s name should be a J name because obviously Jeannie and Jeezy, makes sense, but that wasn’t the name that came to us,” the television personality shared with her supporters. “What really came to us was how baby J came to fruition for us when we were dating,” Jeannie Mai said.
Monaco is both Jeanni Mai and Jeezy’s first child. The celebrity couple celebrates one year of marriage this year.
