“My intention for this issue is an unadulterated celebration of food,” Ayesha shared with her magazine’s Instagram supporters on Thursday (Oct. 21). “It is the thing in this world that brings me immense joy and allows me to spread joy to the people around me. Food is a vessel for storytelling and connection, which is illustrated throughout the pages of this issue.”

Ayesha Curry launched Sweet July magazine last year. The celebrity mom created the media source in hopes of bolstering family and the beauty of food.

“Representation matters,” Ayesha Curry shared. “It was so exciting to know that as my girls grow up, they can see themselves within the pages,” the celebrity mom said. “And for people in the same boat as me, or just working women everywhere, to have that representation in an easy going way, I think is important.”

The first issue of Sweet July had nearly two dozen recipes for foodies and parents looking to add a bit of spark to the culinary menu at home. The Fall/Winter 2021 issue of the magazine follows the same format with great recipes for entrees as well as drinks that are ideal for the whole family. There are also many tips for individuals looking to entertain family and friends for the holidays and beyond.

“I can’t believe this is our fifth issue,” Ayesha Curry told her Instagram fans on Thursday (Oct. 21). “We filled it with all things food just in time for the holidays,” the celebrity mom shared. “It’s essentially a mini cookbook from the cocktails, apps, entrees and desserts,” Curry exclaimed. “I feel so grateful I got to shoot this one with my little family.”

You can get the Fall/Winter 2021 issue of Sweet July at newsstands nationwide. The magazine is also available on Nook, Kindle, and Apple devices.
