Omar Epps and Keisha Epps’ son and daughter are carbon copies of their parents. Many fans could not get over the similarities between Keisha and Omar as shown by the celebrities’ kids in a recent back-to-school candid shared on Keisha’s Instagram page.
Keisha was excited to see her kids start another school year. “And just like that, they’re off to school,” Keisha told her social media fans. “Happy first day of school to our high school senior Princess and 8th grade Middle School Prince,” the celebrity mom said. “I thank God for his covering and protection over you and your friends,” Keisha wrote to her kids. “Let’s all be accountable to practicing safety,” the celebrity advised her fans.
Keisha and Omar’s daughter, K’mari, looked like her dad in the candids. Meanwhile, the couple’s son, Amir, favored his mom in the way of physical appearance.
“That’s just Omar and Keisha,” Laura Govan said after viewing the pictures. “Wow,” another fan wrote in response to the candids. “When you and your soulmate have kids,” the supporter continued. “They look equally like both parents.”
Fans will soon get to see Omar Epps on the big screen as the Lionsgate thriller, The Devil You Know, is in the works. The film’s director, Charles Murray, recently spoke with the press about the driving motivation behind the thriller.
“I’ve lived with this idea for many years and seeing it come to life with this stellar cast and driven crew has been nothing short of a dream come true,” the director shared. “Loving movies as much as I do, having the opportunity to work with Glynn Turman, Vanessa Bell Calloway, Omar Epps, Michael Ealy, and the rest of the cast has been equally rewarding as a fan and as a creative,” Murray added. “I enjoyed every minute of it.”
Omar Epps also commented on the film, which follows Marcus Cowans (Epps) who fights to support his family while staying away from the dark places they helped him overcome. “The Devil You Know is an exploration of family, morality, and brotherhood,” Epps recently shared with the press.
“It challenges generational and cultural conditioning in an authentic way that leads back to protecting one’s humanity,” the celebrity added. “I’m excited for audiences to experience this film for years to come.”
The Devil You Know will debut in the coming months. Amir and K’mari are Omar and Keisha Epps’ kids together. Omar has three children in all.
