Safaree has endured enough accusations of him being a deadbeat dad. The Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta (LHHATL) star recently took to social media to voice his feelings about the criticism he has been receiving as of late.

“I’m sick of this fake a#$ narrative too like I’m a deadbeat,” Safaree shared with his social media fans and foes. “I don’t want a treat for being with my kids but don’t act like I’m not with my kids becuz (sic) y’all don’t see it,” the LHHATL star said. “My kids live in a mansion and that’s because of me! I’m with them all the time!”
Safaree’s estranged wife, Erica Mena, has presented the narrative of the recording artist being absent both on Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta and Instagram. It was just a few weeks ago that Mena made it known that Safaree was not present to support her or their son, Legend Samuels, while the newborn was in the NICU. Erica declared that she would be present for all of her kids regardless of whether or not her estranged husband was planning to support the family.

Erica’s presentation of Safaree as a deadbeat has led to much backlash. The LHHATL star strongly expressed his desire to move away from the narrative this past weekend. “I don’t need or want sympathy from anybody but b4 (sic) you wonder about how my relationship with my kids are, just know that they are on their way to a great childhood,” Safaree wrote to the critics. “Y’all believe this tv sh*t if you want, but a lot of y’all don’t have common sense so I get it but d*mn,” he continued.
“Who on this earth can live with some1 (sic) who’s 6 months pregnant and not know,” Safaree asked his critics. “Dumb a#$es,” the celebrity father exclaimed. “I do more than a lot of y’all women baby daddies who go months and weeks without seeing or doing anything for they (sic) kids,” he added.
“I have a 7 figure mortgage that’s not gonna pay itself,” Safaree told his haters. “So unless y’all opinions start paying that go suck sumthn (sic)! Ok, imma (sic) really go back to word party now! Go to h*ll badmind (sic).”
Erica Mena and Safaree have two kids, Legend and Safire, together. Erica has three kids in all.
