It was a family affair this past weekend as Bobby Brown’s oldest daughter, La’Princia, married Eddie Ray in an outdoor wedding held at the Five Bridge Inn in Massachusetts. Bobby got in a few smooth moves on the dance floor during the father-daughter dance.

Before the reception, Brown walked his daughter down the aisle. The legendary recording artist led his daughter to the tent where the ceremony convened. La’Princia’s brother and Bobby Brown’s wife, Alicia Etheridge, were two of many family members to attend the wedding with their kids. Other family friends were also present to celebrate the occasion.

Bobby Brown fathers seven kids in all. The celebrity father’s son, Bobby Brown Jr., passed away last year in his home. Bobby Jr.’s death followed his younger sister Bobbi Kristina’s untimely passing in 2015.

Bobby Brown commented on the death of his son during his recent segment on Red Table Talk. “Losing [my son] was very, very unexpected, just like losing my daughter,” Brown said. “We were just in the studio two nights before,” the celebrity father added.

“It was something that hit me really, really hard,” Brown further shared. “He was a musician, played piano, played drums, he was a great writer. He was a teacher and learner. He learned from everybody that he was around and he taught just as much as he learned.”

Bobby Brown has endured his share of heartaches. Moments such as that of walking his daughter down the aisle, however, help him move forward.

“Amazing wedding bliss,” Bobby’s wife said after La’Princia and Eddy’s wedding festivities ended. “Congrats to my beautiful bonus daughter and my son-in-law,” Alicia shared.

 

Bobby Brown and Alicia Etheredge have three kids – Hendrix, Cassius, and Bodhi – together. La’Princia is Bobby Brown’s daughter with Kim Ward. Eddie Ray is a media personality.
