Megaa Grandberry is growing up before our eyes! The son of Omarion and April Jones turns seven today on August 7, 2021. Proud dad Omarion took to Instagram earlier today to wish his “sun” a ‘Happy Birthday’.
He captioned a series of photos, “My baby O-boy is stepping into his big boy shoes now. #7 on the 7th. I love you sun. Time is flying. Make no mistake you are a great.”
Apryl Jones also sent birthday wishes to her only son. She wrote, “7 years ago I had the most amazing baby boy. Megaa you have changed my life in ways I could never put in words. You made me see life for what it truly is. Selfless, loving, and pure. This time has flown by and I wish I could slow down the clock. I’m so proud of how incredible of a human you already are. Mommy loves you more than you’ll ever know my love. Happy golden 7th on the 7th.”
Jones recently revealed that she does not have a relationship with her kids’ father.
“There is no relationship,” Apryl told her fans on Instagram live “We don’t even communicate,” Jones added. “We found a method. No relationship. Nothing at all. Zip, zero, nada.”
Apryl went on to tell her supporters that their “method” of co-parenting involved other people. “He has people that help with the kids,” the celebrity mom shared. “I’d rather preferably deal with them,” Jones admitted. “That’s our method.
The Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood (LHHH) star hopes that she and Omarion can one day come to some understanding for the kids’ sake. “[Our kids] are getting bigger and right now we have the opportunity to mesh and get along for the sake of the kids and show them that we are the adults. They didn’t ask to be here, but sometimes life doesn’t pan out that way.”
In addition to Megaa, Omarion and Apryl are parents to a aughter named A’Mei Grandberry.
