Introducing Isabella Rose Smith! Ne-Yo and Crystal Smith shared an Instagram post of their newborn daughter with fans this past weekend.
Isabella partially gave the camera her attention. The youngster appeared ready for a nap in the shot.
“LADIES N’ GENTS. Introducing the newest member of the Smith Clan,” Ne-Yo shared along with the video clip of his baby girl. “Welcome to the world lil’ mama,” the celebrity father wrote to his daughter. “And know that I got you thru when, where, and whatever. Now and forever,” he added. “You got three big brothers and a big sister that all love you and got your back too,” Ne-Yo went on to tell his newborn. “Not to mention a whole tribe of friends and family,” he continued.
“@itscrystalsmith we did that Lovely, yes we did,” Ne-Yo wrote to his wife. “Thank you for this gift of a little princess. I LOVE YOU.” Crystal responded to her husband’s Instagram post by writing, “Yes, we did papa! Thank you for never leaving my side through this entire pregnancy! They don’t make ’em like you.”
Ne-Yo and Crystal Smith welcomed their daughter last week. “God said don’t make plans honey,” Crystal told her social media fans when announcing the arrival of her daughter. “She came four weeks early but right on time for mommy,” the celebrity mom said. “Born at 11:11 am ( lucky lil lady) 5 lbs 7 oz of perfection. My world is finally complete.”

Isabella joins Ne-Yo and Crystal Smith’s sons, Roman and Shaffer Jr., at home. Ne-Yo also has older children, Madilyn and Mason, from his relationship with children’s book author Monyetta Shaw. Ne-Yo recently joked about how his wife refused to let him get a vasectomy just in case they decide to have more kids in the future. Crystal, however, made it clear near the end of her pregnancy with Isabella that she did not want more children in the near future.

“This will be my last baby,” Crystal told her social media fans in a pregnancy update. “I been throwing up nonstop for about a week,” the celebrity mom shared. “Can’t hold no food down,” Crystal added. “I’m not doing this sh*t again,” the celebrity declared.
