Malik Beasley is hoping to rebuild his family after his fling with Larsa Pippen. The star athlete took to Instagram over the weekend to apologize to his estranged wife, Montana Yao, for his infidelity.
Malik shared a throwback candid that showed Montana holding their son, Makai, while also being embraced by Malik. “I wanna say sorry for putting you in the situation you were put in the last few months,” Malik wrote to his wife. “My head wasn’t where it was supposed to be,” the celebrity father admitted. “I was looking for more when it was right here that whole time. I’m telling the world and you that there’s nobody like you for me.”
Montana Yao filed to divorce Malik Beasley after the sports player was caught enjoying a night out in town with Larsa Pippen. Malik penned a message to his son following the public scandal in which he apologized for his failures.

“I ain’t perfect and I definitely thought I was,” Beasley shared. “I will make up for the time that I have missed and the struggles I have put you through,” the celebrity father added. “Daddy has been working on himself,” Malik told his son.
The star athlete had a similar tone of humility in his apology letter to his wife on Sunday (May 23). “I just left you guys,” Malik wrote to Montana. “That’s some childish ish,” the celebrity father admitted. “And I’m trying to grow individually and grow a family … a real family.”
