Zonnique’s daughter, Hunter Zoelle James, has the perfect nursery suitable for her name! The celebrity mom gave fans a tour of her newborn’s room this past weekend.
Hunter’s room gave social media fans a jungle vibe with a gold elephant’s head and emerald baby crib. Zonnique also highlighted the gold chandelier in her daughter’s room shaped like a palm tree.
“My mommy got my baby’s nursery all the way together,” Zonnique shared along with the video. The celebrity mom also gave a shoutout to Kapesh Designs for significantly contributing to the atmosphere of Hunter’s space. Inspired Designs & Wraps was responsible for the wallpaper in the room, which featured various jungle animals.
Zonnique and her boyfriend Badhunta Izzy welcomed their daughter last December. Hunter arrived weeks after her mom confirmed her expectancy to fans who already suspected she was pregnant. Zonnique answered several questions about motherhood during an Instagram Live session last month.
“[Delivery] wasn’t bad at all,” Zonnique told her social media fans. “I would do the delivery all over again,” the celebrity mom said. Although Zonnique did not specifically address questions that asked how motherhood was working for her, the celebrity told fans that she considered the idea of having more kids in the future.
“I want to [have] two,” Zonnique told her Instagram followers. The celebrity mom went on to say, however, that “one [child] might be the move.”
Zonnique’s expectancy was not met with happiness from everyone. Some criticized the recording artist for having a child before getting married. Others scrutinized the celebrity for not waiting longer to take the journey down parenthood lane.
Zonnique responded to the criticism by telling fans that she made a conscious decision to have a child with her boyfriend because she did not desire marriage. The star’s supporters were quick to remind Internet trolls that the former OMG Girlz! singer was well into her 20s and financially established.
Hunter Zoelle made Zonnique’s parents, T.I. and Tiny Harris, grandparents for the first time. Badhunta Izzy has three kids in all.
