Many fans were convinced Lil Mama was expecting after seeing the candid that showed her alleged protruding stomach that bulged out despite the celebrity’s oversized sweatshirt. “Who got Lil Mama pregnant,” one Twitter fan asked. Another social media follower wrote, “Soo Lil’ Mama really pregnant or this is another case of movie belly like Lauren London?”

It would not be a surprise if Lil Mama’s “baby bump” were for a project. The recording artist, after all, uploaded a photo of a gender reveal party to promote her new music. At the same time, there is potential that the star may be promoting her new music while expecting.

A woman who goes by the name of Shandie on TikTok has trolled Lil Mama for the past few months over a man who Shandie claims to be her on-and-off boyfriend. Shandie initially told her social media fans about her “ex” boyfriend dating a celebrity without sharing names. The social media user then got a bit more specific by implying Lil Mama as her alleged partner’s new girlfriend.

Still, there is the aspect of Lil Mama’s creativity, which she discussed during a 2015 interview with Complex. “Whatever I do works out,” the rapper said. “When I do what I do, and I know that my heart is in it, it works out,” Lil Mama added.

“I’m not looking to impress anybody anymore. Because I already have a fan base,” the recording artist shared. “I already have people who follow me. I already have people who, no matter what I do, they’re going to be right there to support me. I’m a dancer. I’m a rapper. I’m a singer. I’m an actor. I’m a writer. I create.”
