Keyshia Cole is a multi-tasking mama. The singer recently shared a video clip that showed her sitting in the chair with her son, Tobias Khale, while getting a tattoo and an overall makeover.
Keyshia closed her eyes as the tattoo artist began his process. A hairstylist was also present to give the singer a new hairdo. The makeup artist came into the shot a few moments into the video to finish applying products to Cole’s face.
“Hair, tattoos, and raising a baby,” one social media follower wrote in response to Keyshia’s video. “It’s the getting her hair done and a tattoo at the same time with the baby in her arm for me,” another Instagram fan said.
Keyshia Cole continues to move forward in her career and influence after last month’s Verzuz battle with Ashanti. Many Twitter users criticized Keyshia for coming to the battle one hour late while appearing to have an attitude. Some fans of the recording artist asked Keyshia’s ex, Niko Khale, why she was tardy to the event. Niko told the inquirers that his role was to babysit his and Keyshia’s son.
“I want to apologize for not sitting my a** in that seat,” Keyshia said during a recent Instagram Live session. “I was there and I should’ve sat down,” the singer added. “I should’ve just sat in the seat, no matter if I felt like the visual wasn’t clear or they said my music wasn’t gonna be right or whatever it was.”
Cole went on to say, “I was really skeptical about [the visual]. I don’t want to go on and they not see me and I’m looking blurry, the [Internet] connection is not right, and everything like that.”
Even with the hiccups, Ashanti and Keyshia Cole garnered more than six million Instagram viewers during their Verzuz battle. The segment gained an additional 11.3 million streams after the live session.
