Skai Jackson and Julez Smith are officially broken up. The young stars confirmed the end of their relationship after a leaked video showing intimate moments between Skai and Julez went viral.

According to Twitter user Def Noodles, Julez and Skai became intimate with one another when he was 15-years-old and when she was 17-years-old. In fact, the controversial video that sent the Internet spiraling is from that time. Julez allegedly leaked the footage after Skai reportedly cheated on him as a way to get back at her. Smith also ended the relationship upon discovering Skai’s infidelity.

Many did not want to believe Skai Jackson and Julez Smith had sexual relations upon hearing the story of their alleged relationship. Most know Julez as Solange’s son and Beyonce’s nephew who grew up in from of the world. Skai also grew up in the spotlight as a Disney star who portrays Zuri Ross on Bunk’d.

Skai shared her experience as an industry baby ahead of the release of her book, Reach for the Skai: How to Inspire, Empower, and Clapback, in 2019. “I got put into the industry at a very young age,” the young star said. “I was only nine months old,” Skai revealed. “I didn’t really have a choice then, but as I grew older I had a passion for acting.”
Skai started her career as an actress in Band-Aid commercials and has progressed to star in major motion pictures as well as television shows. Her most notable film is The Smurfs (2011).

“Seeing other young black girls on TV, like Raven Symone, I knew if she could do it – I could too,” Skai said of her inspiration during her 2019 interview with HYPEBAE. “I was only four years old when I really knew it was something I wanted to do. My career has changed a lot throughout the years, I’ve gotten so many opportunities, as well as gotten recognition for the great work I’ve been doing and everything has been a really great experience.”
