Chrissy Teigen is not making plans to have more kids. The cookbook author recently took to Instagram to share an update on her journey since miscarrying her son, Jack Stephens, earlier this year.
“This is me and my body, just yesterday,” Chrissy shared with her Instagram fans on Wednesday (Dec. 23). “Even though I’m no longer pregnant, every glance in the mirror reminds me of what could have been,” Teigen told her supporters.
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen lost their son to miscarriage on September 30, 2020. Jack was stillborn as Chrissy was about halfway through her pregnancy when she began to experience complications that ultimately led to her son’s passing.
“I have no idea why I still have this bump,” Chrissy said of her protruding stomach during her update on Wednesday. “It’s frustrating,” she admitted. “But I’m proud of where this entire journey took my body and mind in other ways. I love being pregnant, so so much, and I’m sad I never will be again. But I am lucky to have two amazing little ones who are transforming into big little people more and more every single day.”
Jack Stephens was Chrissy Teigen and her husband John Legend’s third child. The couple also has one son, Miles Stephens, and a daughter named Luna Stephens together. Stay tuned for more John Legend and Chrissy Teigen updates!
