Tia Mowry and her husband, Cory Hardrict, are enjoying time with their kids, Cree and Cairo Hardrict. The Family Reunion star recently shared candids of her and the family in which Tia declared her kids looked like her husband.
“Sometimes I just feel like I just carried these kids,” Tia told her social media followers. “They look so much like @coryhardrict here,” the celebrity mom said in reference to the picture she uploaded that featured the family in the pool. “You all are the cutest,” Adrienne Bosh exclaimed. “Looks like an amazing family day.”
Tia Mowry has been quite busy promoting her new business venture, called Anser multivitamins, which was initially a brand for women but recently expanded its line to men and children. Mowry recently spoke with Black Enterprise about the inspiration behind her new wellness collection.
“It was inspired by my personal wellness journey,” Tia told the press. “I’ve been very open with telling everybody that I suffer from something called endometriosis, which is a highly inflammatory condition that causes infertility,” the celebrity mom said.
“At first, it was hard to adjust to that, but I changed my diet,” Tia added. “I started to eat more veggies, to eat more fruits, [and] to stay away from foods that caused inflammation within the body, which can exacerbate an inflammatory condition. I started exercising. I started meditating. I started taking supplements. And I saw this huge change within my health. I no longer had eczema. I no longer had migraines. The biggest change, of course, was I was able to have children.”
