Eleven-year-old New Orleans YouTuber and aspiring Hip-Hop artist, Dream Carter is breaking YouTube records with her music video, “Big Sister Problems.”

The video has now been viewed over 100 million times, setting a new record for the young rising star as the youngest rapper ever to reach this particular milestone with an original song on the famous platform.

When asked in a recent interview how she felt about her video’s overwhelming success, Carter commented, “I’m just so thankful because it was honestly an accident. I was just having fun making a music video about my baby brother.”

And of course, big sisters around the world can relate to Carter’s “big sister problems.”

Carter has always had a calling to perform, expressing herself in a spirit of fun and budding talent. She has definitely lit the beacon of commiseration for all big sisters everywhere.

“Success couldn’t have happened for a better kid,” Carter’s father, Joel Carter, said in a recent press release. “Dream never chased the light; she does it because she simply loves performing. She also loves to fuss about her little brother,” he jokingly added.

In spite of the sibling rivalry, Carter is truly a doting big sister and loves her four-year-old little brother who she affectionately calls, “Champ.”

“Her song is really the perfect song to describe relationships that oftentimes exist between siblings,” Carter’s mother, Summer Carter said in the same release.

The sibling relationship will unquestionably continue to naturally evolve and bloom just as we look forward to seeing Carter’s budding career follow suit. So, what does this rising star look forward to in the future? Well, she hopes to release more music videos and even expand her resume by adding acting credits.

We cannot wait to see what is next for this talented young lady. We have a feeling that this is just the beginning!
