"I'm Eating Cleaner Than Ever Now"

Malika Haqq is looking great just six months after giving birth to her son, Ace Flores. The celebrity mom tells Kourtney Kardashian’s Poosh about her post-pregnancy diet and weight loss.

“Overall, I’m eating cleaner than ever now, because I had almost a year of learning to eat well during pregnancy,” Malika reveals. “I still have my treats here and there because even non-pregnant Malika will always crave the good stuff!”

Malika Haqq welcomed her son in March. The celebrity mom told her social media fans she experienced the “best week ever” days after her labor and delivery experience.

“Postpartum can be very challenging,” Haqq tells Poosh. “We have to be patient with ourselves, our bodies — as we are the givers of life,” the celebrity mom says of her experience six months into motherhood. “We spend nearly 10 months pregnant, and it’s OK to take 10 months to get back to the best you,” Haqq encourages.

Malika Haqq has managed to lose weight rather quickly after giving birth to her son because of cardiovascular workout. “Cardio has definitely been essential to getting stubborn weight off,” the celebrity mom shares. “Fresh air is always helpful with putting a baby to sleep and also keeping mommy awake,” Haqq says before advising listeners to “walk, walk, walk!”
