After much speculation, reality television mogul Khloe Kardashian and NBA star Tristan Thompson have revealed that they are back together and are considering having another baby.
Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson first started dating in 2016, and they welcomed their 2-year-old daughter True Thompson in 2018. In 2019 they broke up after two separate cheating scandals; but they were able to maintain a good relationship and co-parent True together, which even Khloe found surprising.
According to a recent report by PEOPLE, Khloe and Tristan have been back together since June and they are apparently very close. A source close to the Kardashian family says: “She loves having him around. He has the best relationship with True. And he has been amazing to Khloé too. They are very much together and Khloe is beyond happy.”
In the past, Tristan has admitted to wanting another child with Khloe, and she initially refused him and squashed rumors that she was pregnant with their second child. Now since their relationship has been rekindled, Khloe would reportedly “love to” have another baby with Tristan. “Khloé would love to give daughter True a sibling because she is at the perfect age,” says the source.
Tristan has been quarantined with Khloe and True during the COVID-19 pandemic, and since his Cleveland Cavaliers don’t qualify to play in the restarted 2019-20 NBA season with their 19-46 record, the NBA’s second-worst, he’s had plenty of time to spend with her. “Tristan is working hard to prove himself and has been a great dad to True,” says the source, noting that the frequent traveling required by Tristan’s job may affect his and Khloe’s relationship, but that she hopes for the best.
“Tristan’s traveling was always a concern. This is when he would mess up their relationship,” explained the source. “Khloé is hopeful that Tristan has changed for good and will continue to grow and be the great and loyal partner that he has been throughout their time together during the [coronavirus] quarantine.”
