ABCmouse.com is the number one online learning system for kids ages two to eight. The program, if you aren’t familiar, according to their website, is a “…full ABCmouse.com curriculum in a carefully designed program of more than 850 lessons in ten levels. As your child completes each lesson, he or she is guided to the next one and is motivated to continue learning by ABCmouse.com‘s Tickets and Rewards System.”
Thousands of parents and educators have credited this system with helping to take children’s education to the next level.
“This is a great website!! I love it as a parent and as an educator!” One teacher and mother of 2– and 8–year–old boys said on the company’s website.
Another teacher, Stacy Henderson said, “ABCmouse is a real tool that I hope I can use for the rest of my teaching career. I hope it never goes away. I don’t know how I can teach without ABCmouse.”
With many parents having to take the lead on educating their children due to the uncertainty of whether or not school will reopen in the fall as a result of Coronavirus, ABCmouse.com is a welcomed tool in the educational toolbox.
Although ABCmouse.com is a subscription-based website, $60 per year, the company has come out with another option. They have created their first-ever ABCmouse.com print workbooks coming to Walmart.
These print workbooks will focus on helping children practice core curriculum subjects including math, reading, science, social studies, phonics, and more, in ways that they will feel like they are having fun instead of doing work.
The workbooks will hit Walmart stores by early August. The books are geared towards kids three to eight-years-old and are priced at $7 per workbook. So, if you are looking for a tangible way for your little one to either get some extra practice in, supplement portions of the curriculum, or simply get a head start, keep these new tools in mind, students will most definitely love them!
