Tristan Thompson has filed a lawsuit against his alleged baby mama, Kimberly Alexander, for libel. The star athlete named a recent paternity test as the reason for his lawsuit.
According to TMZ,
“Tristan just filed the suit against Kimberly Alexander … the woman who’s very publicly claimed the NBA star is the father of her 5-year-old son — something he’s repeatedly denied. In the lawsuit, Tristan says the paternity test he took back in January ‘definitively concluded that [he] is not the father.'”
Kimberly Alexander continues to deem Tristan Thompson as the father of her child despite a paternity test proving otherwise. The actress even accused the star athlete of manipulating the test so that the results were in his favor at one point.
Both Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian have condemned Kimberly Alexander through their lawyer for continuing to drag their names through the mud. Khloe has especially expressed a desire to stay out of the conflict since Kimberly and Tristan had relations before the Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) star began her relationship with him.
