One of the best ways to spend quarantine time is to exercise regularly and stay fit. Just ask former NFL star Reggie Bush. The Super Bowl champion spends his time in lockdown working out alongside his wife Lilit Avagyan and their three kids: 6-year-old Briseis, 4-year-old Uriah, and 2-year-old Agyemang Bush.
In a series of Instagram posts, Reggie Bush showed off just how his family stays active during the quarantine. In one adorable video Bush posted, his wife Lilit ran on a treadmill, then his daughter Briseis and Uriah took turns running on it afterwards. Bush captioned the post: “Family Run.” Many of Bush’s friends and fellow athletes praised Bush and his family in the comments section. Former NFL star and Super Bowl champion Michael Strahan commented: “👏🏾💪🏾❤️🙌🏾🔥.” NFL star Mike Evans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers responded to the post: “Beautiful fam big homie 🙏🏽.”
Another post has Uriah hitting a wiffle ball with a golf club to knock over a water bottle. Uriah hit the bottle after two tries, which made Bush and Lilit cheer. Then Briseis attempts the challenge, also knocking the bottle over in two tries. The excited children then leap into their father’s arms for an adorable hug. In the caption Bush wrote: “Still working every day! Don’t let this virus hold you back it’s not about what happens to you it’s how you respond to it!”
In following her dad’s athletic footsteps, another post features Briseis playing tennis. Bush captioned the post: “Work day 🎾.” In the clip, young Briseis did a footwork drill and then hit a few tennis balls her coach lobbed at her as Bush looked on. When she was finished, she gave her coach a high-five and walked back over to her proud father. “I mean, that was the best I’ve ever seen right there,” commented Bush, clearly impressed with his daughter’s tennis skills. “That was very good baby.”
