PEYTON KEMP MODELS HIS GAME AFTER THE NBA GREATS

Peyten Kemp is only 11-years-old and is already on his way to superstardom on the basketball court! This talented athlete from Clinton Township, Michigan may be young but his passion for the game speaks volumes.

Having already amassed over 65K followers on Instagram, Kemp is a brand ambassador for several brands, and is one of the most sought after kids on the court, who patterns his game after the best-NBA All-Stars Kyrie Irving and Steph Curry.

“I can play at a fast pace or slower but I prefer to get out and run,” Kemp said in an interview. “I try to model my game after Steph and Kyrie because they both have a great Basketball IQ to go along with their scoring, shooting and dribbling ability.”

Kemp unquestionably has his eye on the prize as he is not only a talented athlete, but he is a top rate student, with plans to play for either Michigan or Michigan State one day to play Division I basketball.

Not even in high school yet and Kemp has the discipline and focus that many twice his age don’t have. He trains four days a week, in addition to playing games on the weekend. Yet, his mom makes sure that the preteen values the importance of balance.

“I don’t want him to get burnt out, I don’t want him to say he doesn’t want to play anymore because he’s tired of doing it, at the end of the day he’s 10-years old he still has to be a kid,” commented Tia Kemp.

When he’s not on the court, Kemp is playing video games, watching movies, skateboarding and going to the trampoline park.

This talented young man is definitely motivation incarnate. We look forward to seeing him reach his goals and have a feeling that we will see him on the NBA court very soon!
