Serena Williams and her family are getting the most out of this time of quarantine. The tennis star recently shared a video clip in which Serena introduced all members of the Ohanian clan.
Williams did not leave anyone out of the picture. The celebrity mom began by introducing her husband, Alexis Ohanian Sr., to her Instagram fans. Serena went through some of her hubby’s accomplishments, which included his co-ownership of Reddit.
The celebrity mom also introduced her daughter, who really needed no introduction. Alexis Olympia was the star of the clip with the little one’s doll, Qai Qai, taking second place.
Qai Qai has an Instagram page of her own that has more than 140,000 followers. Many became intrigued by Alexis Olympia’s doll after Qai gave Oprah’s magazine, O, an interview. The doll provided answers to questions that were short and sweet but, nevertheless, significant.
Even Qai Qai must remain at home under state orders for residents to “Shelter In Place.” The doll, of course, goes out for playdates with Alexis Olympia in the backyard of the family’s home.
Serena Williams vowed to remain indoors last month due to the coronavirus pandemic. The celebrity mom took to Instagram a few days ago to thank Vogue for raising awareness about the current health crisis.
“I’ve been staying at home and practicing social distancing,” Serena Williams told her Instagram fans. “I want to make sure I’m doing my part during these uncertain times,” she added. “Your actions matter and to #stayhome is one thing we can do to flatten the curve. Thank you @voguemagazine and Anna for raising awareness to make sure we take care of one another, even if it’s from your couch.”
