Michael Strahan’s youngest kids, Isabella and Sophia, love the spotlight. The Good Morning America co-host reveals that humbleness is a quality that he teaches his daughters on a daily basis.
“[I teach them] that they should be humble and love what they do in any aspect of their life,” Strahan shares with Parade. “Nothing is given and everything is earned,” the celebrity father adds.
Michael Strahan has quite an impressive resume with successful roles in both LIVE and GMA. In fact, the celebrity father’s latest role on GMA comes with a reported eight-figure salary.
“Having my two oldest kids at such a young age taught me about the ultimate responsibility of providing for your family,” Michael says. “It made me more mature and also made me think through my decisions fully.”
Considering his decisions has Michael Strahan to take the time to help others while also caring for himself. “I think taking time for self-care is very important,” the celebrity father explains. “You need to make time for yourself if you want [to] feel your best,” he adds.
“I don’t love working out like I did during my football career, but I make time to go every day because it’s a big stress reliever for me. I also try and find time every week for a massage and acupuncture.”
