Happy Birthday, Amirah O’Neal! The daughter of Shaquille O’Neal a.k.a Shaq and Shaunie O’Neal turned 18 yesterday.
Proud mama Shaunie took to Instagram on Wednesday to send birthday wishes to her oldest daughter. “Wishing my favorite oldest daughter @amirahoneal_ a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I’m so very proud of you and the beautiful, intelligent, kind-hearted and driven young lady you are continuing to be. I can’t believe my lil Mimi is 18.”
The Basketball Wives star continued, “You have just become more fun as you get older… our simple look at each other laughter is the best. Your personality lights up every room and it’s is a honor to be your Mom. I love you so very much.”

Over the weekend, Shaunie and Shaq threw their daughter a birthday party to remember. Held at the The Novo club in downtown LA, the event was attended by Amirah’s high school friends and close family members, including all of her siblings.
Amirah, nicknamed Mimi, is following in her dad’s footsteps into the game of basketball. Not surprisingly, the 6 ft 2 senior center for Crossroads High School has already caught the attention of national sports media. The future certainly appears to be bright for the birthday girl!
