People are scrutinizing Coco Austin and her husband, Ice-T, isn’t having it. The celebrity father clapped back at critics who blasted his wife for breastfeeding their nearly 4-year-old daughter, Chanel Nicole. Ice-T wants the mommy shamers to know that Chanel eats other things, like cheeseburgers, too.
Coco Austin made it clear that her nursing Chanel was more of a comfort thing when she talked about the bonding experience earlier this week. “I’m so blessed to have this unbelievable experience in this thing called nursing,” the celebrity mom shared in an Instagram post. “It’s more of a comfort thing now,” Coco told her fans. “Naptime and night time are our time.”
Some critics must have missed the part about Chanel Nicole eating solid foods in addition to nursing with her mom. “Coco, she’s too big for breastfeeding,” one Instagram subscriber responded. “Give her real milk.” Another critic wrote, “Oh no. After a certain age, that’s a no Bueno.” Perhaps, they did not read the caption in its entirety.
In any case, Ice-T was quick to set the mommy shamers straight. The celebrity dad reiterated that Coco breastfeeding Chanel was “more of a comfort thing” and that the little one enjoys her share of “real” food, which includes a juicy cheeseburger now and again.
